Serving health care providers who serve seniors in the Inland Empire and Southern California
The Inland Association for the Continuity of Care (IACC) has been in existence for the past 31 years. Originally started with a group of Social Workers and Nurses needing an avenue for networking and supporting one another in case management roles, the organization has strived for the past 31 years to support the health care community and it’s participants through education at our monthly meetings and through an annual Spring Conference.
At our last conference we celebrated 31 years of this annual event that recognizes all those who have made this association possible. Without that group we would not be here today, especially with current trends of networking organizations dissipating or struggling for attendance.
